Bloom Anyway: Yoga for Resilient Women is a six-week spring yoga series for women who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more like themselves again.
This class is built for real bodies and real life, with simple, steady movement that helps you reset, rebuild, and bloom anyway.
Club Curiosa classes are designed to feel cozy and empowering, with fun playlists, cool lighting, and never taking ourselves too seriously.
Classes are held at Club Curiosa, located in The Shops at Williamsburg in Williamsburg, IA

Full Moon Magic
📍 Club Curiosa, Williamsburg
🕯 Monthly on the Full Moon | 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.If you have been feeling tired, scattered, or ready for change, you are in good company. The full moon invites us to slow down, take stock, and release what has been heavy.
Join us at Club Curiosa for a night of community, reflection, and sound. We will begin with a warm cup of herbal tea crafted for release. Together we will talk about the energy of the moon and what it means for this season. You will have time to set a personal intention before relaxing into a sound journey with bowls, chimes, and drums.
You do not need to know astrology or have any experience. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart. Many people say they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
What to bring

- Comfortable clothes

Join us each month as we explore different types of tension releasing yoga including restorative, yin, and power flows.
After movement we will hold space for connection, discussion, or just venting.Bring: a yoga mat, pillows or bolsters, a blanket, and water.
